Evan Kroll, Ph.D.

Dr. Kroll has been practicing psychology for over fifteen years. Blending humor, compassion, and insight with cognitive behavioral methods, Dr. Kroll specializes in the treatment of Social Anxiety Disorder and shyness but also treats children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, phobias, anger, OCD, and ADHD. He is licensed to practice psychology in New Jersey (NJ 5431), New York (016659-1) and with PSYPACT Teletherapy (11214).
Dr. Kroll is also a professor of psychology at Touro University where he teaches classes in child development, addictions, and psychology of motivation. During the summer, Dr. Kroll works at Camp HASC as a support psychologist to staff members. He is a sought-after presenter to schools, camps, podcasts, and organizations on a wide range of topics. Dr. Kroll is available for speaking engagements.
Dr. Kroll earned his Master's Degree from Columbia University and his Doctorate in Clinical-School Psychology from Hofstra University. His dissertation investigated effective communications strategies to influence adolescent healthy decision making. Dr. Kroll is a Certified Marijuana Addictions Treatment Specialist and has worked as both a teacher and psychologist in schools in Bergen County and Manhattan. He has served as a clinical psychology supervisor and as an expert evaluator in school psychology legal matters.
